Specialists wanted: The Vereinigung Cockpit is what we all make of it. For this reason, we are looking for specialists in our association. More than 200 members are already working in various working groups and bargaining committees for our association. The breadth and variety of skills is remarkable: from pilots who speak Mandarin fluently to medical doctors. Englisch: Excerpt from the VC Contribution Rules in the current version from November 17th, 2020: Full members pay a contribution rounded down to full euros in the amount of 0.9 percent of their total gross remuneration in accordance with the Remuneration Certificate Ordinance of July 1, 2013. The contribution to be paid is determined retroactively after the end of each calendar year. Full members are required to provide evidence of their total gross remuneration for the previous calendar year by the end of January of each calendar year at the latest. As a rule, this proof is provided with the aid of the cumulative amounts of the December salary statement. Any variable salary components that are not settled until January of the following year are not included in the calculation of the total gross remuneration. The individual advance payments to be levied each month are generally one twelfth of the most recently calculated annual contribution.
